U.S. Smartphone Use in 2015

Summary:

  • With access to so many technology devices, Americans are able to get online through their tablets, phones, computers, etc and have become reliant on the simplicity that being online has to offer.
  • Low-income households are more reliant on their handheld devices to stay up to date with communications, whether it be information from schools or breaking news.
  • As Americans become more dependent on their smartphones, they view their experience as freeing, connecting, and helpful, in that they have access to more streamlined processes.
